The Performance Dashboard

The Performance Dashboard in a Blackboard course can be a good indicator of a student’s engagement with the resources you provide, in particular highlighting those students who are not accessing the course at all, or not for some time.

To access the Performance Dashboard within a Blackboard course, go to Control Panel > Evaluation > Performance Dashboard.

You will see a list of your students, with columns indicating the last date the course was accessed, and the number of days since the last access.

To identify potentially at-risk students,  sort the information by Days Since Last Course Access (click on the column header) and see which students have Never accessed, or have not visited in some time.
