Camtasia Video on Blackboard

On support this week, a faculty request came in for information on how to upload Camtasia video files onto Blackboard. Previously, this was done by uploading a packaged zip file, which an instructor linked to, telling Blackboard to be sure to “unpackage the file” when the link was clicked. This feature has changed slightly with Blackboard Learn 9.1, but a useful video explains in detail how to upload in our newer version:

Of course, you can still upload your video file directly to Kaltura and sidestep these longer instructions. It will be much quicker, and be reusable across courses and academic years.
