Viewing Course Instance in MyGrades

As part of the Online Results Entry project, a recent initiative on Blackboard was to add Course Instance information to each student enrollment on a Blackboard course. This allows instructors to see, at a glance, which cohort a student belongs to.

Students, when checking MyGrades in a Blackboard course, will now see an entry called Course Instance. When the Description is opened, a message, like the one in the picture, can be seen.

Course Instance Column

If there is a code in the Grade Column (in the above image, the code is 1FR1), then there is no need to contact reghelp.

An absence of a code in this position (marked by a red box) may indicate a problem with your registration. In that case, you should check with reghelp.
